New Year- New Event Ideas

Wicked was released for at home streaming today! To celebrate, we are offering Wicked immersive shows and karaoke parties complete with ice performances from Elphaba and Galinda. Each of us have a special part of the movie that touches our hearts the most or makes us smile from our souls. What is so beautiful about the story? So many things! Here, we love that being different doesn’t make someone any less beautiful or amazing. While watching this film I can’t help but think about Elsa. She is different than everyone around her so she is made into the villain, just like Elphaba. It is so common to see this in our own society. We want one of our missions this year to be encourage and nurture the children we interact with that everyone is beautiful and everyone is special even if they are different. Through our Wicked events and performances, we hope to bring whimsical magic, yes but also show our our friends that being different is what makes them so valued in our world. At the end of every event we ask the birthday child what their special gift is and celebrate with their friends and family with a round of applause. In that moment, to see a child’s eyes light up with pride when they see everyone celebrating what sets them apart is a twinkle of joy we want to grow into an even bigger light this year through our Elphaba and Galinda events and visits to see all of you. 2025 is the year of Defying Gravity with Princess and Superhero Parties Pittsburgh and we can’t wait to spend it with all of you!
