Our Cinderella Story
In 2009, I sat in a theater watching The Princess and the Frog, completely captivated. I listened as the characters sang about ambition, hard work, and the power of dreams. When I walked out of that theater, something inside me had shifted. I felt a calling — a desire to bring magic, inspiration, and storytelling to life for children in my community.
With nothing but a needle, thread, and a dream, I handcrafted my very first princess gown. I couldn’t afford a wig, so I dyed my own hair to match the character. I poured four months into sewing a storybook-quality gown so exquisite that it’s still worn at events to this day. I traveled across Pittsburgh, offering complimentary visits to local families, hospitals, and community events — sharing performances so magical, children believed they had just met their favorite princess in real life.
Then one day, a mother offered me $50 to perform at her daughter’s birthday party. I used it to buy new materials and began building what would become a legacy — not just of costumes and characters, but of joy, wonder, and cherished childhood memories.
From that first party grew a movement. Today, Princess & Superhero Parties, LLC is proud to be the original premier provider of immersive character entertainment in the Pittsburgh area. We’ve expanded to multiple shareholders and dream makers who serve elite private clients, corporate brands, luxury resorts, parades, and charitable events — bringing magic to thousands of children and families every year.
